About Sagua Consulting

Sagua Consulting is a specialty Phase I Environmental Site Assessment firm. Phase I ESAs are our core practice, allowing us to bring focused experience, efficient execution, and consistent report quality to every assignment.

Over the past eight years, our team has completed more than 1,000 Phase I ESAs across the tri-state area — New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut — and in Miami, Florida. We work with lenders, investors, property managers, and consulting firms.

Our staff includes multiple experienced assessors, so scheduling is rarely the constraint on a project timeline. Site reconnaissance, records review, interviews, and report preparation are handled in-house, and every assessment is completed in accordance with ASTM E1527-21 under the responsible charge of a qualified Environmental Professional as defined at 40 CFR 312.10.

Our focus on Phase I ESAs means our work is ultimately judged by the quality of the assessment we deliver. We produce reports that stand on their own — organized, defensible, and complete, with the goal of minimizing revisions and keeping transactions moving.
